PINK 365: Get Active and Support Breast Cancer All Year

HELP DRIVE AWARENESS

Golf4Her will donate 10% from the purchase of the Kathryn Skort to the Morgan Pressel Foundation.  Founded by LPGA Tour Pro, Morgan Pressel, the mission of the Morgan Pressel Foundation is to raise funds to fight cancer, primarily breast cancer, through early diagnosis, genetic counseling, development of new treatments, and basic research complimenting all of the above modalities. Monetary grants are made to Hospitals, Medical Schools, and Research institutions to accomplish the mission.  

Morgan, a star player on the LPGA Tour, wanted to honor the memory of her mother,  Kathryn Krickstein Pressel who passed away at an early age of breast cancer. This foundation is extra special because Madison, Morgan's younger sister, is a Golf4Her Ambassador. 

Morgan devoted herself to fighting this disease. In a short period of time, she has helped to raise over $3.4 million dollars to aid and support patient care and research in the fight against breast cancer. 

In 2010 the Kathryn Krickstein Pressel Mammovan, under the direction of the Boca Raton Regional Hospital became a reality. This mobile miracle travels throughout Palm Beach County providing affordable breast exams and health care to those who might not otherwise receive it. 

In 2013, the Boca Raton Regional Hospital Lynn Cancer Institute announced the opening of the Morgan Pressel Center for Cancer Genetics. The center is designed to ascertain an individuals risk for developing certain cancers that have strong hereditary links.
