1 - 2nd Girl Golf apparel supports Josie's AngelJosie Long's dream was to train Filipinas to be cosmetologists with a
mission (see The J Salon and Spa ministry), but God has given her the
desire to do that and much more. Seeing the need for young girls to have
the positive influence of a "big sister", Josie began getting to know
and then mentoring young girls in the community. Her ministry has
increased to more than 100 girls, or "Angels" as the community calls
them. She now has others who volunteer to help her do Bible studies and
discipleship while giving the girls much-needed time and attention. 2nd
Guy Golf is honored to support Josie and her efforts financially and
through mission visits whenever possible. We have seen amazing results
from Josie's work to this point and can't wait to see the benefits over
the years to come.
2 - 2nd Guy Golf apparel supports Feed My Starving Children
Feed My Starving Children is a non-profit Christian organization
committed to feeding God’s children hungry in body and spirit. The
approach is simple: Children and adults hand-pack meals specifically
formulated for malnourished children. Those meals are then shipped to
nearly 70 countries around the world. 2nd Guy Golf has supported Feed My
Starving Children significantly through our proceeds and has taken part
in several meal-packing events. We cherish our partnership with Feed My
Starving Children and look forward to doing as much with them as we can
moving forward.
